Let’s get to know each other a bit, can you tell me more about yourself and your dog in a few words? #
I am Dorian Allibert, 40 years old, Frejus. Father of a 4-year-old boy, and a great lover of the “outdoor” (enduro mountain biking, rooftop tent camping…)
Charly, Border Collie adopted in early July, coming from a shelter. He was announced as a runaway dog. So to avoid “losing” him, I opted for a Biotracker (Editor’s note: formerly Minitailz).
What led you to equip yourself with the Biotracker? #
The fact that the dog was announced as a runaway. And the “Apple Watch” aspect of the dog’s “Health” data appealed to me.

Why did you choose this tracker for your dog? #
Firstly, because I’m a bit chauvinistic… haha! And for the practical, solid, waterproof side. Regarding quality, I wasn’t worried.
How does the Biotracker help you on a daily basis? #
We track the activity daily thanks to the Biotracker, so when we see that we’re a bit low on activity, it allows us to take the dog out for more activity. No disease detection for now (and I hope not to have the case…).

You recently found your dog thanks to the Biotracker: can you tell us this story? #
YES! Just a few days ago. The dog got scared in the house and jumped the gate (something he had never done before).
We immediately activated the “live tracking” and found him 15 minutes later, at a neighbor’s 3 streets away. Without the Biotracker, we wouldn’t have found him so quickly!
