Feeding your dog well and monitoring their well-being daily are two sides of the same concern: understanding how they are really doing. This is the realization that brings together Invoxia and APPETTO, the app that helps you choose the best food for your dog. Starting September 1st, both communities will enjoy mutual benefits by combining nutritional and health monitoring.

Who is APPETTO?
#

APPETTO was born from a simple question, asked in front of a shelf of dog food: how do you really know what’s in your dog’s bowl? The app started with the story of Sköll, the dog of its founders, and the difficulty of navigating through the brands.

“APPETTO started with Sköll, his bowl, and two humans a bit lost in front of all the brands on the shelf. Today, the question we asked for him, we try to answer simply for all pet parents.”

In practice, APPETTO analyzes over 13,000 kibbles, wet foods, and treats and assigns them a Pet-Score®, a grade from A to E based on objective nutritional criteria (protein sources, omega-6/omega-3 balance, carbohydrate levels, ingredient transparency). The idea: make readable in seconds what a label struggles to explain clearly.

“We know that behind every bowl, there’s mainly the desire to do what’s best for your dog. APPETTO is here to provide clear benchmarks when the choice becomes a bit less obvious.”

The app also plans to expand its well-being monitoring with a calorie calculator, weight tracking, and a personalized health record — features that directly overlap with what the Invoxia Biotracker already measures.

The Invoxia Biotracker, in brief
#

On its side, the Invoxia Biotracker continuously tracks the dog’s heart rate, breathing, activity, and sleep, and transforms this data into reports and comparisons to establish an individual baseline. It helps detect a change in behavior or rhythm before it becomes a real health problem — particularly useful for senior or fragile dogs, but also for any owner who wants to better understand their companion’s daily life.

Why this partnership makes sense
#

APPETTO’s Pet-Score answers the question “what am I putting in their bowl?”, while the Biotracker answers “how are they doing, concretely, day by day?”. These are two different approaches to the same goal: better understanding and supporting your dog’s health by combining what they eat with what their body actually does with it. It’s this complementarity, more than just a commercial operation, that motivated the collaboration between the two teams.

Partnership benefits
#

Starting September 1st, 2026, the Invoxia community will enjoy a 20% discount on the annual APPETTO subscription. On the other hand, the APPETTO community will also enjoy exclusive benefits at Invoxia, with a discount of up to 15% on the Biotracker: 10% for APPETTO users, and 15% for APPETTO premium subscribers.

The Biotracker also makes its entry into the new Well-being Center of the APPETTO app from its launch on September 1st, with a dedicated page designed to simply answer a central question: how to know where your dog is going, but also better understand how they are doing daily.
