The Classic, Mini, and Bike GPS Trackers don’t use a traditional SIM card: they connect via low-power networks (LPWAN such as LoRa or SigFox).

This allows them to operate without a physical SIM card and enjoy much longer battery life than standard GPS trackers.

The Pro GPS Tracker and the Biotracker GPS, however, are equipped with an integrated SIM card.

This allows them to connect to the low-power 4G LTE-M network for optimal accuracy.

The result is the same: no complex setup, no daily charging, and reliable connectivity — even from afar.

Depending on the model and your setup, battery life may vary.

Expect up to 15 days for the Biotracker GPS, up to 3 months for the Pro, Mini, and Bike Trackers, and up to 6 months for the Classic GPS Tracker!

Yes, a subscription is required to access location services and all tracker features.

Most of our trackers are sold with a subscription included, but you can also find models without one — in which case you can select the plan that best fits your needs directly in the app.

The Classic, Mini, and Bike GPS Trackers work only in the country where they are installed.

The Pro GPS Tracker and the Minitailz Biotracker GPS, however, operate in over 40 countries via the 4G LTE-M network — with coverage expanding to more countries.
