Fit and use the Dual-Lock

Four steps to fit it, two moves for everyday use.
  1. 01

    Clean

    Clean both surfaces with isopropyl alcohol, then let them dry.

    Stick on the tracker

    Remove the film from one strip and press it firmly onto the back of the tracker for 15 to 30 seconds.

    Stick on the surface

    Remove the film from the second strip and press it in the same way onto the chosen surface.

    Let it set

    Do not put any strain on the Dual-Lock for 24 to 48 hours, while the adhesive reaches its full hold.

    Snap together

    Align the two strips and press until it clicks: the tracker is secured.

  6. 06

    Detach

    Pull the tracker to detach it, then put it back in place as often as needed.

Where to place the tracker on the object

  • A flat, smooth surface, to maximise the Dual-Lock's contact area.
  • Invoxia marking facing the sky.
  • Never behind a metal surface or athermic glass (they block the signal).
  • Run a test to check that your tracker works properly before the final installation.
